Divisions

What each operating division does, and what belongs where.

Divisions

Two operating divisions. Both are brand-level units of a single entity.

Orvenath Studio — DIV-01 / SRV#

Client services. This is where revenue comes from.

Scope:

  • Custom web applications
  • Web development
  • Cross-platform mobile applications (Flutter)
  • Product interface design

Studio takes external clients, works to fixed scope or weekly sprints, and delivers code the client owns outright.

Anything a client pays for belongs to Studio.

Orvenath Labs — DIV-02 / LAB#

Proprietary products. Currently costs money rather than making it.

Holdings:

Note on Intezaam status: the public site currently lists this as "under review." It is not actively being developed. The market is saturated with providers at ₹3/minute, and competing on that basis is not viable. It is held, not built. Either restart it or change the public status — do not let the site claim something that would be contradicted on a call.

Anything built without a paying client belongs to Labs.

Where things go#

If it is...It belongs to
Paid for by a clientStudio
A product with no clientLabs
Internal tooling used across bothNeither — it's operations
A personal projectNeither — keep it out of the company

Adding a division#

Do not. Not until one of the existing two has revenue that justifies separation. A third division on a site with one client reads as delusion, and empty structure is more conspicuous than no structure.
